Took 3 Paslode nailers in for repair. Inquired after a week and work had not been performed yet. After I inquired another 3 weeks later they said 2 guns were too old to be repaired as parts were no longer available and that the Paslode Impulse was ready. The gun they said was repaired was still not firing and one of the batteries was missing. $54.13 down the drain. Found needed parts online for the other 2 guns. Never again with these people.
