On May 22, 2019 at approximately 11:05 am, I asked to tow my son's car from Plano Tx to nearest repair shop. The person who was not probably say his name correctly was outrageously rude. Then he cancelled my request himself. I do not understand how such people can serve other people. He does not qualify for such job.
My name is Galina. I will talk to my insurance as well about such behavior.
Disgusting Customer Service. His name Hondo or Kondo. He didn't say his name clearly.
