Provided by YP.comThe staff is very knowledgeable about trees and helpful in selecting one; however, that's where the customer service ends. My husband and I bought a couple of trees, and requested that they plant them for us. We paid a lot for this service, but it has taken 2 weeks of phone tag, in which I was accused of not returning calls, to finally get an appointment scheduled. I am satisfied with the purchase of trees through this company, but very dissatisfied with service after the purchase.
