If I could give a 0 Star rating I would. We took 10 suits, 2 dresses and several dress shirts in to this cleaner to be pressed for our wedding. When we received the suits and other items each and every single piece had been creased!! Suits had creases in lapels, sleeves, pockets. I have never seen such poor workmanship. So the day before the wedding I had to take all the items to a same-day cleaner to have them re-done. When I went in to get my money back I was told by the owner that the only thing she could do was to re-do them. I had already taken them to another cleaner as I needed them the next morning. The customer service by the Owner was shocking. She yelled at me and she yelled at her employee that was being understanding and trying to help me. She is the most unprofessional business owner I have ever encountered. I would not trust this establishment with anything more valuable than rags.
