Extremely rude and abrasive front office staff. Not empathetic and abrupt in dealing with patients as they check in. With some guidance and clear expectations regarding empathy and kindness, along with following up on complaints perhaps positive changes can be made.

Love Dr. Morrison. They have a great staff and are very caring. I have never had to wait long. Naturally if you walk in you have to wait just like anywhere else, but I have never been disappointed or unhappy with the service I have gotten.

My experiences are the same as the others who have posted. The wait time is insane - even with an appointment. My husband was there for 3.5 hours today on a walk-in, and I've left routine well child exams in the past after 2 hours. The doctors are really great, but the wait time simply isn't worth it. Calling in to speak to them is a joke - no one will let you through to a doctor or nurse, even when asking about potential emergencies (in our case our daughter was dehydrated and was later admitted to the hospital). We'll be looking for different doctors in the near future.

Never go there!! I waited 2 hours or so to be seen and people who walked in after me Went before me. Which was not fair They were walk in like myself.. They were rude and short and the nurse practioner did not listen to my concerns and left with a inhaler for my child. Only to have a very sick child at the end of the night with a near 104 temp, hallucinations, vomiting and chills which I rushed him to childrens mercy to find out he had Pneumonia. What I was trying to tell the chic in the first place would happen if he went un treated. If you want someone who listens to parents concerns and who is there for the patient.. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!! RUN!! You have better luck going to the walk in clinic in Price Chopper they are quick and very caring and listen to the parents!!
