Horrible customer service. They shipped a broken item to me, ignored question on who would pay for shipment of bad item back to them and then denies it. Buyer beware.

Horrible customer service. They shipped a broken item to me, ignored question on who would pay for shipment of bad item back to them and then denies it. Buyer beware. Would not be surprised if they are also padding all review sites with fake reviews.

Saved a lot on a new lcd screen. Dell wanted over $300 to fix. I paid $65!

Terrible company to deal with. Ordered a computer cord that lasted for about 3 months. Sent it back to them for a new cord (as per their policy), and that cord lasted about 5 months before it quit working. Then, sent away for another cord (as per their policy) and received a cord that didn't even work. They now refuse to give me a refund and want me to send the cord back to them again. Keep in mind that every time I need to return their defective products it costs me about $5 in shipping. NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR TIME. Never going through this company again.

Pretty good service, bought a laptop battery, installed it, works pretty good. Then I found out that I wasn't suppose to leave the laptop on all the time with the ac adapter plugged it, it ruins the battery somehow. The battery stopped holding charges. I used their RMA form, explained my problem. Got my replacement within a week and now I know what not to do with the battery. Works great, would recommend them to others.

These people are atrocious. They are only interested in getting your money. They do not respond to legitimate business issues concerning their products or their performance. They delay the process. It is not likely that you will get satisfaction if you have a problem with them. They do not adhere to their own internal policies as advertised. I highly recommend that you stay away from this company!
