Could not have been treated better, AAA+++

I purchased glasses from this store and they broke within 8 months still under warranty got them repaired picked them up drove no more then 10 minutes away found out there was two chips on one of the lenses I went back and showed the receptionist and she said “it’s impossible for her to chip the lens and said we will not replace or repair the lens it’s not our fault”. Then she goes in the back with out letting me know what she was gonna do and they ground the lens, when she came back out it looked worse and very unprofessional, and she said “ excuse me, you have a nice day” very rude. When we came back to talk to the owner she was very polite but her answer in a nut shell was we are not responsible for any damages to the lenses or frame when we do any work, repair or warranty work. Only time they stand behind them are when they are brand new. So what’s the difference between brand new and only 8 months old still under the one year warranty? I won’t be doing business with them any more because they do not stand behind their work.

Nicole is the best. Always accommodating, professional and goes above and beyond. When they were running behind for one appointment, Nicole rescheduled and offered me a discount on my exam for the inconvenience. Exceptional!!!

I love nicole! she is amazing at helping me pick out glasses and very knowledgeable. I have never received bad service from her. she is the ONLY reason I still go there!
