I came to this place and I had a diagnostic done on my vehicle when it was down and their mechanic said it was a starter issue... I had no problem paying for a diagnostic cuz I needed to know what was up with it, and then he said to replace the part it would be $440 for everything parts and labor wise... I thought that was ridiculous when the part itself is only $160.. I then went down to speak to the mechanic and when I got there he had the look on his face like he didn't care about my car or my problem and persisted it was the starter.. I then came up with the $70 to get the car out and got a second opinion on what could be wrong.. The next 3 people all said it was not the starter at all, but something with the battery and the alternator potentially.. So I must ask where this mechanic got his ASE certification for everyone else to say something else... All I have to say honestly though is once my car is paid off completely I will not do any more business with this company.. I don't appreciate being looked at like I'm just a number or just another sale, have a little decency and be honest.. And don't charge for something when your prognosis isn't even the correct one
