Ace Fire and Water Restoration has the best quality! They are compassionate and understand how difficult it can be for the home owner to have fire or water damage to their home. They respond to an emergency even in the middle of the night. I can't say enough good things about them. A disaster isn't really a disaster with Ace.

I recently had my furnace spew soot all over my house. It began as a really tough thing to deal with, but with all the help I recieved from the Ace crew my house was back to new in no time. They were very professional and I definitley felt like more than another customer with the all the personal attention I recieved. Even after the final bill was paid I got a call a few weeks later to make sure there wasn't anything they missed. If you end up in a situation like mine I could not recommend Ace more.

My wife and I called Norm from Ace after our basement flooded due to our clothes washer line rupturing. Our basement was a complete mess. He showed up quickly and he and his crew went right to work cleaning and drying our basement and it's contents. Simply put, they did a fantastic job and took great care in making sure we were completely satisfied. They do great work and are very good to deal with. After handling the clean up I mentioned that we were planning on finishing the basement sometime soon. Norm advised me they do construction services too and based on how good a job they did on the clean up, I was happy to hire them to finish our basement as we always wanted to do. Again, nothing but a great job on finishing our basement too! I don't typically write reviews, but Ace has become our contractor of choice no matter what we need done around the house. We are thinking about an addition next year, we want them to do this job too. Highest recommendation, terrific company.
