I was very disappointed with their customer service. I was quoted a price accidently and when I called and explained how much of an inconvenience this was for me (being as though now the new part has to be ordered) I was told by the owner or mechanic (he never gave me a name) that he doesn't have to apologize for anything. I explained to him in customer service when a person chooses to bring their business to you and you make a mistake an apology is warranted. He then ran around in circles and came back to he doesn't owe me anything and hung up. I'm a probation officer and deal with people everyday. When you make a mistake the right thing to do is at least apologize. Good customer service is EVERYTHING.
