Absolutely disappointed, once again after eating at Galveston's Chilli's #1226.

Galveston's Island Chilli's, has lost grip on its establishment and as loyal regulars we have watched it has become a rapid downhill progression right before our eyes.

After being a loyal and regular patron to the establishment for a couple of years now, we've been let down one final and last time.

We wont be going back! they have lost our business, credibility, patience and patronage.

First

*Hostess.(no name tag) We were acknowledged with in 30 to 60 seconds of entering however not welcomed or greeted. just a cold plain emotionless -"Hi". -"This way".

As we walked up to the booth i noticed that the ziosk was flashing/blinking red.

Once we sat, I mentioned that the ziosk was out of service but the hostess ignored and walked right off pretending not to have heard me say "the ziosk is out of service".

Next.

*Server (no name tag)

Did not greet, introduce himself or assured that he was the person assigned to tend that table ("I will be taking care of you today" or "I will be your waiter today" )

In addition.

*Bartender (no name tag)

We were sitting in the bar/dinning area across from the bartender and watched our drinks sit there, with out there being another drink order and or reason for the bartender to be standing, doing nothing, watching the Game on the TV screens, while we waited for some one to bring our drinks.

Finally.

Server brought the tortillas out, about 10 minutes before bringing the fajitas out and the rest of the food. At this point the tortillas had turned ice cold. Also the side dish with rice and beans was cold too, only thing left that was edible was the sizzling fajitas.

We had to wait for the server to come back around to tell him that we had cold food.( he didn't check back with in 2 bites or 2 minutes) when he finally appeared we proceeded to explain the situation and that we would like to talk to the manager. Off goes the server and later comes back with word form the manager saying that she's "too busy and has too much to do, to come to talk to us".

We waited for the manager till she finally appeared.

*Manager ( Diana)

After explaining the situation to her, we were still told that she was very busy, in other words undermined and dismissed.

We wont be going back! they have lost our business, credibility, patience and patronage. The manager is okay and complacent with her store, while the staff lacks training, guidance and direction.
