This office has always gone above and beyond. They are the top real estate office in Galesburg. Highly recommend.

We used this office for 6 different real estate transactions over the past 25 years. We had always been pleased with the service until this summer when we were selling our home. Our agent rarely called us back, so we had to track her down. She was often disagreeable and acted as though the buyer was her client, not us. The owner of the office was extremely sarcastic when we tried to complain to him about our lack of service. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and we would NOT recommend this office.
