Horrible Service!! They were late picking us girls up for my best friends wedding. We ended up being 30 minutes late to wedding. Nothing like the bride showing up late to her own wedding!! When the driver was called he said he was 5 minutes away. When he finally arrived he didn't apologize...he was very inconsiderate and the "party bus" was not what was expected. The seats were ripped..nothing like the pictures they show. The owner has given the brides parents the run around when they asked for compensation. If you want to be on time for an event..I highly recommend not using this company. I can't believe how horrible the customer service was!! This company should be doing whatever they can to make up for the bride being 30 minutes late to her own wedding!!! Very disappointing!
