Great place with amazing Dr's! I'm very thankful for this practice as they delivered both of my girls one of which had complications but they walked me through each step and took great care of me and my little girl. Dr. Wilson is amazing, highly recommend!

Make sure you see Dr. Castle. He's a very good doctor and has given me excellent care. There is a new Nurse Practitioner (Leah) who is also very good. The new receptionist is much friendlier than the last one and I've never had problems with the lab. My appointments in the morning have never been rushed, but I've had to wait during later appointments. Make sure you actually talk to the Gainesville office if you want an appointment in Gainesville - otherwise, you might end up scheduled at Fair Oaks. All in all, I've been very happy at the Gainesville Office. I've had serious medical issues the past few years and they have taken very good care of me.

Made an appointment specifically asking for Gainesville location. Went this morning for my appointment in Gainesville and was told that I was scheduled for Fair Oaks. I even verified that I would be scheduled in Gainesville since the name of the organization is "Fairfax". They said they would work me in though... 1 hour and 45 minutes later, I walked out still not seen by a doctor. Evidently the person who was supposed to see me has been in a procedure the entire time. They offered to move me to another doctor but had to wait for her to see her other patients first. Front desk and nurse were polite but definitely not going back there.

This place is horrible. I had a miscarriage recently at 13 weeks (which was not their fault, obviously) but they never listened to the heart beat, they never even touched me or spent more than 10 minutes on an appointment (and I am NOT joking). They didn't even let me finish my paperwork or ask me questions about how the pregnancy was going. I remember thinking "shouldn't they at least tell me to take prenatal vitamins!?" but nope - I guess they assume you should just 'know' that (which I did, of course, but what a terrible practice).



The nurse practitioner I saw (MK, I think her name was) was horribly rude/curt/NO bedside manner. I also saw Jamie who was nice, but rushed me out because it was an evening appointment. I did see Dr. Castle after my miscarriage and it was very strange. He didn't let us finish talking when we were asking questions, constantly interrupted and made me feel like there was no one there who knew what they were talking about.



Totally unprofessional and not worth it. I am desperately searching for a new doctor's office, but will definitely not be back to this place. I just called to get blood work done and was greeted by yet another rude girl at the front desk - last straw. You can't be a bad practice AND completely rude...pick one!



Maybe if you just need an OBGYN for regular check-ups this would work, but please go somewhere else for your pregnancy.

Actually I would say beware of them if your case is need special assistance, Actually I was going through the infertility treatment from Shady grove infertility all of sudden I got praganent naturally, I got Appointemt with them they have me do the blood work, first doctor appointment with the mid wife jamie she told me every thing is fine and priscribe me 1 medicine and order my sono, 2 appointment doctor Resio she told me that i dont have to take the medicnie whic was priscribe to me by the mid wife, at that time i was little bit confuse, I am also a thyriod patient they never told me anything about the my thyriod, which is very strange, after 2 week i was getting some spotting I called the Doc at the fairfax OBGYN they said its normal, but they have to understand my case is special when i get to the 3rd appointment with Thiara worst Doc Beware of him, came in the room in hurry we had few question he was pusing us to ask anything qucik for some reason he was in hurry but we took the appointment 3 weeks ago that was our time i dont know why he was in hurry we told him about spotting and show him the clot picture he said its normal and left, they also took my urine sample told everything is ok and told me that they will call me when the urine results come in until today no call about that the same day i left the Fairfax OBGYN with worst Doc Thaira, i had a doubt about the spotting I went to the ER and get the worest news! I was going through a miss carige which the fiarfax OBGYN drop the ball In ER Doc told me that my baby stop growing 3 weeks ago and I had a appointment with Doc Roserio, On that day i went to see Doc thiara he should go head do the Sono or ultrasound but since he was in hurry for some reason they drop the ball but i called the next day they then Doc thiara did the ultrasound and it was wrong also he told me that everything is OK but it was not Ok when we had 2nd Doc checked it
