Bad experience doctor saw me gave a prescription $ 145 Needed a refill on the antibiotics and told me I had to come in for another $145!!! Don't go try long streets clinic they charge regular office visit price and you can walk in with out an appointment.

Great fast service! Always caring staff. I visited with strep and while I was waiting for my results I was offered water, or hot tea. My younger brother always gets a Popsicle after a visit!

Dr A is an amazing doctor. The only bad thing I can say is he does not have regular patients. He's not a PCP :( You go to him and you get the diagnosis and treatment

Had to take an unexpected visit to Guilford on 3/2/16. Received great care and quick service. Great place to go for after hours care.

Great clinic...they get to you immediately and treat you asap..staff is very nice and thoughtful, i totally recomend it because it is "immediate" care

Rude staff, nurses, and doctors. Front desk is slow, which is to be expected at a clinic but there is never anyone at the front desk. Had an awful experience there. Nurses aren't very friendly for the most part.

Came in on a Saturday morning with my 10 year old. Received immediate attention and saw a provider within minutes who was thorough, patient, and kind.

I brought my daughter into the Oakwood location today, on Labor Day, because she has been running a fever and woke up with a horrible cough. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and very quick to assess and treat her. I believe the doctor's name was Miss Julie and she was absolutely amazing. Being seen, filling out paperwork, and having my daughter treated so quickly was an actual pleasant experience. The entire visit was no longer then 15 minutes and we were headed out the door to pick up prescriptions and take my sick baby home. Thank you so much to the staff who made this possible. Be blessed!

Staff is always very friendly I love that fact that you are in and out and the waiting is not very long at all. Overall I am pleased every time I have to come.

My mother in law who is 75 yrs old went to the Oakwood clinic after visiting another urgent care two times without getting any better. The took her blood pressure and told her they were calling an ambulance to take her to the ER. She spent 3 days in the hospital. We are very grateful to the staff and doctor for taking such good care of her.

I brought my 8 year son to this clinic with 2 days of fever,sore throat and cough,front person was pleasant and professional ,she checked us in in less than 15 minutes,then the Doctor saw us in few minutes,he was personable professional with great bedside manners,they checked him for flu and strep throat infections,he had flu A positive,they called his prescription to our pharmacy ,we were in and out in less than an hour,by the time we got to the pharmacy medicine were ready to pick up,all went easy and smooth with minimum wait,love this clinic,always gonna use it..

I went to Guilford after three days of what I thought was the flu. After some lab work they said I did not have the flu but was dehydrated. I got IV's and two shots. I got 3 prescriptions and felt good enough to go to work the next day.. The nurses were kind and the doctor listened to me better than my primary doctor.. I will use this place from now on..

I have been a long time patient at Guilford Immediate Care. I have visited both locations and have never had a bad experience at either location. This is an excellent facility and they are truly top notch when it comes to bedside manner, listening to the patient and attending to mine and my family's medical needs. I have always felt right at home with this facility and they always follow-up afterwards regarding my condition and needs. You truly cannot find a better facility.

inappropriate care, nurse unprofessional exspecially.

I went into the clinic with an illness, the doctor I saw was very rude and nasty to me.. I did not argue I just went along with what she said. A week later I received a letter from the doctor who runs the facility stating that I am no longer welcome to be seen in "his" clinic. I do not even know this doctor that wrote the letter and if anyone should have been upset about the care I received it should have been me, I should have been writing the letter to them.



Please, think long and hard before you take a chance on your life and visit this facility..

Although going to the doctor is never a pleasant experience (especially an emergency visit), this one actually was not bad. I very highly recommend this clinic. I recently had to take my wife in, we had contemplated going to the ER due to the nature of her injury. Fortunately we went to Guilford Immediate Care. She received excellent care QUICKLY. We were in and out in less time than we would have spent in the waiting room at the ER down the road. The doctor (Haddah) was very personable, seemed to actually care about my wife, was very knowledgable, etc. I could go on and on but I figure you get the picture by now.



In short...if you have a choice, definitely go here.

I have been there several times when I wanted less wait than through Longstreet. I never waited more than 30-40 minutes, sometimes less. Dr. Haddah was warm, personable, concerned and professional. All my experiences there have been excellent.
