My experience at the Hidden Oaks was great!!

I would like to thank the Hidden Oaks team and especially Mr. JW Honeysucker for accommodating my family and I in a distressing time as we were looking for a new home in a safe and comfortable environment. In side is very nice and spaciours, love it.

Mr. JW Honeysucker kept us informed and helped us step by step along the way.

Mr. JW Honeysucker worked with excellency, hats off to him.

There nice in office but seem confused at times always putting notes on door. I'm direct withdraw on my rent witch they take out on the 5th of the month but they still put notes saying I'm past due even there the ones who picked the 5th other than the notes and the over charges you get and no body can tell you what there for or they don't enter payment till days after you pay than send you letter saying your late it's a nice place yes there is crime,but there is crime every where . I've lived in bad crime area and this is not a bad area lock up your bikes and your good

I love it here. Besides the couple of people who speed and have loud vehicles/ music, I don't have any complaints. I've befriended on of the maintainence workers and they are always there to fix my problems within the same day. The staff in the front office are really nice and understanding.

My front door was kicked in and my laptop stolen after being here for 2 months. Neighborhood is quiet. Maintenance is nice and have come for every call. But, Someone kicked in my front door in broad daylight and stole my laptop and chicken out of my freezer.

Avoid this TRAP!



Management is rude and disrespectful. They aim to take advantage by getting you in with low move in. Repairs wont get done.



Unhappy residents and Employees. New employees every 3 months.



Units seem nice until you move in and discover all the real problems. HIGH CRIME AREA!!!

This place is a joke. They will lie to you to get you in a place. They tell you rent is fixed while you stay but it goes up every year. The places arent worth what they ask, they are junk that have stuff break all the time. They want let you move to another place at all.



The management here is the worse out there. You will get cursed out and will have law called on you when you front them. They cant keep help here but two guys that treat you like crap there name is Jim and Tom.



Maintance is bad, dont know what they are doing. Dont fix stuff unless it is major and it will take weeks to fix.



The amenities is a joke, never can use them or they dont exist.



Home office dont return calls and if they do they lie to.



STAY THE HELL A WAY FROM. YOU HAVE WARNED.

Bad place. My home was broken into twice. During our last month, management came in and ruined our belongings, because they didnt know we had paid rent for the last month so they assumed they should come throw away and ruin our stuff. Now they are trying to steal our deposit as well. All in all, stay away!!!!!

The homes are spacious and the maintenance staff is nice but the management here is deplorable! People are walking around all hrs of the night, there's no security whatsoever, the police are out here constantly stoping people. There's always loud music blasting from peoples' cars. If you have any concerns with pests or major maintenance issues don't hold your breath it will never be fixed unless you call housing or code enforcement etc, beware if you must do that b/c management will retaliate against you. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! DON'T MOVE HERE YOU'LL REGRET IT!

This is my first time renting a mobile home and I am satisfied with it. I live on Bishop near the office and have had no problems or noticed any "sketchy" characters or actions. The neighbors keep to themselves, but when I do run into them they are friendly. The only complaint I have is the sound of the freeway. If you move in here, choose a home not on the side with the freeway..I have yet to get used to it. It also sucks that you have to get a mailbox set up with the post office yourself. Maintenance comes in and sprays monthly for bugs, so if you don't like someone in your house when youre not home, you have to make a request. Office staff is friendly but not very efficient at filling work orders quickly.

Buyers beware- The place is pretty nice. There is a lot of maintenance to be done. clubhouse, tennis court, and pool are non-functional at the moment. Neighbors are great. Electric bill is enough to send everyone running. Most people in here pay an excess of $400 per month just in electricity. Management says it's GRU, GRU says its management. Meanwhile, I'm stuck paying an outrageous bill that I cannot afford. The only way they will let me out of my lease is if I pay them over $1000 for what they call "damages"
