At the recommendation of a friend, I called Ecopest last February when I noticed we had termites in our family room. They came out immediately, examined the area and told me how they suspected the termites came in. They prescribed a guaranteed treatment and we set a date for Ecopest to do the job. I was very pleased with the results. They were professional, affordable and never tried to use scare tactics to convince me to do anything. I've seen no sign of termites since the treatment. I highly recommend Ecopest to anyone who has termite problems.

These guys do a great job and know what they're taliking about. We called a few different companies for estimates and all of them tried to sell us services we weren't interested in and didn't need. Don't people listen when you tell them what you want? The ladies in the office are always nice when I call with questions and my service technician Wayne is great.

We thought we had termites so we called three companies. Ecopest was the only company that was honest and didn't try to sell everything under the sun. They were courteous, respectful of our property and took the extra time to answer all my questions and I had a lot of them! When they finished the work they left our house in better shape than it was when they got there.

Their customer service is awful!!! I was yelled at on the phone and treated as if they were doing me some charity to provide service. The office personnel are not trained do courtesy and good manners.
