Paid for services upfront since we would be doing counseling sessions via Skype. I was ten minutes late for our online appointment & was unwilling to use the remainding 50 minutes of the scheduled appointment time. She then refused to reschedule another one via internet. She would only honor the appointment in person (knowing it was a four hour drive for me.) She also does not respond to messages for weeks with her reasoning being that she has no time. If you have no other choice but to use her services then do NOT prepay as she will not respond & keep your money.
