Provided by YP.comTried to make an appointment today. Moved from Florida to Alabama last month. I was told I would have to have a physician referral to see this Dr. My insurance doesn't require for me to have one. I have my medical records and have been seeing a pulmonologist for 25-30 years. Unbelievable!
