Apartments are run down. They are old and not kept up with the times. Wallpaper must be 10+ years old. Doors and windows don't work. electrical work needs to be checked out before a fire occurs. While visiting a friend, she tried to open two windows and they both fell out. I would not recommend these apts. to anyone.

Management needs to screen applicants better. Too much riff raff let in. Most renters are single and elderly. Otherwise, apts. are very nice and kept up fairly well.
