I went to this salon about a month ago and did not have a good experience from the start. I told the stylist I wanted my hair a few shades lighter for summer. I showed her a picture on my phone with the color I wanted. She proceeded to make a face and told me that I would look old. She then brought other stylists over to me and continued to say "Don't you think she would look old if I colored her hair this light?" They all agreed. She was very pushy about only coloring my roots to match the rest of my hair color, which was blonde, but a few shades darker than what I wanted. I regretfully gave in. My roots turned out a VERY brassy reddish/orange color! She kept saying "Oh, it looks so natural!" but it obviously did not. Also- because they were in the running with other Fantastic Sams salons to see who could get the most eye brow waxing (I knew this because I overheard her conversation), she nonchalantly said "Do you need an eyebrow waxing today? I think you do.. at least a clean up." Usually I would not be offended by this, because my eyebrows usually do need waxing, but because I JUST did them the night before, I KNEW they did not need to be cleaned up. She kept saying there were strays and so again- I regretfully said okay why not.. I'll help out their salon. Well, that was a big mistake too because when she was done, I barely had any eyebrows left! They were very thin and now they will not grow back. :( I am very disappointed in this salon and wish I never went there just to save money!

Warning!!! Never go here!!

I had the worst experience at this salon! After having my hair dry cut and butchered I sat through hours of foiling while the manager Troi badgered my stylist. She wasn't doing this right, that right. Do this not this. Non stop and never once asked what I wanted. All this instruction yet she watched while she dry cut my hair before color and never corrected or adjusted after. I was completely stressed and unhappy but felt terrible for my stylist whom I was told was very experienced. Guessing from the amount of instruction (poor instruction at that) she was not experienced at all. I felt sorry for her. I left a tip and left. I returned later when the stylist was not there to speak to Troi and to have my embarrassing hair cut corrected. After showing her I literally looked like I was ran over by a lawn mower she was completely rude and disrespectful. She at one point while I was in the chair bent to my eye level screaming at me and pointing her hands in my face. She said and I quote, "you're getting on my bad side and trust me, you don't want to be on my bad side." She refused to stop yelling, refused to fix my hair, and refused to give me the owners numbers until I insisted over and over. And surprise surprise the number she gave me had no voicemail set up and I have yet to receive a call back from Greta. Hopefully the wan at corporate will help. Not only did I pay for a terrible haircut, I paid to be screamed at, hands in my face, and I think threatened. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

I went in for a hair cut. The manager (Troi) did my hair. I picked out a few styles from the books they provide. She told me she would not cut my hair into any of those styles without styling it for an additional $15! (Which would double the price of haircut) So I settled for something less. She seemed to have hard time understanding what I wanted so she said "we'll cut it and if it's not what you're looking for we will fix it". So she began the business of cutting.

During the cut she informed me she had pink eye which is highly contagious. While she was cutting another customer entered and she spoke to her and then said to me "she tips $20, I hate I'm gonna miss out on that" Inappropriate!

Then after she finished I did not like it at all it was too long so I asked her if she could make it shorter. She responded to me saying that "well that is why I asked you about the length in the beginning, so I wouldn't have to do two cuts because time is money"

Again Inappropriate. I apologized to her because she did have my hair under her power. She said it was okay. And it wasn't my fault. But she repeated twice more that she would have preferred to know what I wanted before she began. And remember I did show her pictures she refused to do without doubling the price. Before I settled on a basic angled bob.

Anyhoo she finally finished, she charged me a "long hair charge" my hair comes to my shoulders. I tipped her $7- 50% of the total cost of the haircut.

Once I got home and washed and dried it was a hot mess. Uneven in the back and the sides and not at all what I wanted. She did tell me if i styled it and didn't like it I could return to her and she'd fix it but I honestly was not comfortable with her. I did go to the Fantastic Sams in Holly Springs where a lovely lady fixed it.
