This location of ontap is unbelievable. Considering your beer is overpriced, and the food is inconsistent, we clearly come here for the employees. I sat at the bar yesterday to overhear customers talking about my favorite bartender being fired. I cannot believe that on tap would fire an employee that runs circles around some of your managers. Not only did you fire a lot of peoples favorite bartender, but she's a veteran, who does that? Is it not enough that she's honest and loyal and served our country and works hard? Who doesn't want to give back and help a veteran, and who doesn't want somebody like that working for them? The worst thing you could have done is fire people's favorite bartender in the same week that you let go of your oldesr bartender and pretty much a staple of that location. Dallas and Ashley in the same week? You guys really don't know hard workers because every good bartender you all have had you push out the door. I encouraged her to go work somewhere that's going to appreciate her because on tap has a history of not appreciating their employees. Dallas and Ashley should be your managers there, they work hard and at least have the voice to stand up for people and the voice to say when something's wrong. I hope the owner or whoever is in charge will rectify the situation that your child manager created for you. Your new manager hasn't been there long enough to be able to fire people that we love that work there. All she does is stand around at the end of the bar and play with the staff . How about just stop paying her to make bad decisions for your business. When you have every bartender running around like they do and she's just standing there, that's definitely wasted money. You think a business owner would realize that. On tap will lose money and customer business losing Ashley and Dallas. Good luck on tap, because this will not be my last review nor will this be the only website I post my review on. Make this right on tap.

Ordered a classic burger and some wings for my lunch today. It was the worst burger and wings I have ever had. Will never eat there again or recommend. Ugh

Great Draft Selection. Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale is my new favorite!

The draft selection is unlike any other! Girls are great, friendly and hot! The french dip was amazing!!

Really enjoy the beer selection (70+ taps). The Fultondale/Gardendale area really needs a place like this. Bartenders are knowledge and friendly every time I go in. Really enjoy the wings...ghost wings are the best. Patio has a great view over the city. Lots of TVs.

The good: The homemade chips are great when served with the ranch dressing.



Service is average at best



The bad: nearly everything else.



Our first trip was problematic at best, so we decided on one more attempt to be fair. Ordered the following: fried pickles, French dip and mini hotdogs. The fried pickles arrived with aprox 50% dripping in grease. The meat on the French dip smelled rancid [discovered later] and was incredibly salty. The hot dogs were also greasy? How did that happen?



My wife took a couple bites then offered it to me. As I’m not an onion fan, I smelled it to judge if taking them away would be sufficient and smelled the rancid/spoiled odor. No bite for me.



The waitress returned, but failed to ask why we didn’t finish the meal?? She happily brought the check, but returned with the change missing the coins??? Come on… So I happily deducted it from the tip and left.



As we had arrived in separate vehicles, I was not aware my wife had become sick on the 15 min drive home and thrown up. Needless to say we’re going to contact On-Tap and will not be going back.



Soooo….buyer beware. If you want greasy, salty and possibly spoiled bar food then this is your place. If you are looking for a good meal in a sports environment then keep driving. Our first trip we attributed it to growing pains and/or newness of the staff. Evidently not so.



I was taken aback at the events of the day.
