There’s always a friendly smile, kind words, and thorough service whenever I visit this establishment. I trust them with all of my garments!

Went twice. The first time, they did a fantastic job getting some difficult paint stains out of pants. The second visit however, they lost my dress and tried to give me pants, despite the fact my tivket was for a dress. The woman there (the owner?) argued with me repeatedly to the point where she was yelling and kept referring to the security feeds and saying I brought pants. Finally we watched the next minute or so of the video, which showed her shoving the dress to the side as she dealt with the next order. At that point she acknowledged her mistake. Sure enough, that customer eventually returned my dress. The cleaner offered me a discount to 5 dollars. There was never an apology for the raised voice or for essentially calling me a liar. So while they do a good job cleaning clothes (why I gave two stars) I won't go back and can't recommend because of the poor service and lack of reliability.
