Slow service and not a lot of seating, but the food was good. I like the taco soup and chicken salad sandwich.

I am very impressed with the small town of Fulshear, TX and its ability to harbor such quaint and tasteful restaurants and other fine establishments. Essence House Cafe is one of these places. It is currently a quaint little cafe located between two other establishments on the Fulshear downtown strip. The fresh food is wonderful. There is not any thing I have not tried on the menu. I especially enjoy the quiche, the French sandwich, the soups of the day, and the Italian chicken sandwich. I have to mention they have quite a bakery as well. The service here is very warm and friendly as well. Go-you will not be disappointed.
