There are literally hundreds of stores within convenient driving distance from which to buy rings, so what really sets one apart from another? I would say customer service and attention to detail. On both scores RB rates zeroes.



I visited RB and spoke with Olivia and Angela. I informed them this was a surprise engagement ring for my GF so they could not leave voicemails or text messages since I often had her check these for me. Alas, I guess a potential sale was more important than a customer’s wishes. Three days later Olivia texted a message which my GF read to me. Surprise! Or should I say, No More Surprise!?



I figure if they can’t even get this one detail right what are the chances they’ll actually listen to what I want instead of pushing whatever they want to sell? Or maybe you just have to deal with someone other than Olivia or Angela. Who knows? But I’ll never go back and I’d recommend you shop elsewhere.
