Reach out Students for Education ( Rose ) is an IRS approved charity founded by an extended family and including officers from three generations of the same family. Founded in 2005 by Richard Lieber, President and Michele Martz, daughter and Chief Financial Officer, grandson Benjamin Kelley and his wife Stacy also became officers in 2008. Neither the founders nor any of the many volunteers, teachers and children receive any pay or other remuneration for their services. Also to date the family has absorbed all administrative costs associated with ROSE including the costs of trips to visit the sponsored children and insure the integrity of the program.
