I had the best experience in my life with this car rental agency. Starting from calling in, they treated me with all respect and kindness when I asked for an available minivan. The rates were within my budget, and the car was just the right one. When I went in to pick up the minivan, they welcomed me with bright smiles and guided me through all the paperwork. The paperwork did take a little while but I understand the process since I am signing a legal contract. After that, the guys brought out a SUPER CLEAN WASHED CAR! I mean the car was really detailed. I did not find a single crumb or dirt on the floor mat. On top of that, they put free water bottles in the cupholders before I drove out. This is just an amazing place to rent a car from!
