I won’t recommend anybody to move into this apartment complex. I have been here for less than a month and I just want to move out now. Unfortunately, my lease is for a year and there is no possibility to pay an extra fee to move out. My car got towed because I did not have a permit sticker on my car. I was never advised about it by any of the personnel from the leasing office. They refused to pay me back the charges that I spent to take my car out of the pound. It’s funny how during our first visit to see the apartment they mentioned that visitors can park in the open spaces. If they can enter why should I be worried about my car? They basically lied in order to sign the contract. The first day we moved in, the ceiling fan was not working and it took a week for someone to repair it, the stove was not working either and it took 4 days for someone to show up and see what happened. The shower hot and cold temperatures were inverted, the sliding door patio squeaked a lot when opening. The Parking is horrible!!!!!







A few days ago, we came back home the other night and found that a neighbor’s vehicle next to us had had a hole in the gas tank that someone poked underneath the car and was leaking a lot of gas. They had been calling the maintenance emergency number multiple times but NOBODY ever picked up.



The personnel from the leasing office are hopeless. A next door neighbor was complaining about rats in the apartment complex, luckily I haven’t seen one yet but it has been less than a month here. Since I moved here I have only issues. Moving to Cinnamon Ridge is probably one of my biggest mistakes. I feel cheated as they sold the idea of a perfect place but as soon as you move in you are done…this place
