Stay away from this place! Liars! Unethical! Made one-way move reservation to Colorado, a 5-day rental starting on a Friday. Few days prior to pick up date, office manager Niery told me that if I can’t make it on Friday, notify them and they will hold it for Saturday. I called on Friday and requested to pick up the truck on Saturday. “No problem” they said “we open 7-2”. On Saturday Niery told me that a new reservation would be additional cost. No, I told her I did not want to change my reservation. “Irrelevant” the B*tch said. Since I was there on Saturday a NEW contract rental was to start on Saturday. About my Saturday pick up option? Niery curtly replied that it’s understood the contract would change to pick-up date. We argued for a long while, but I realized that the B*tch got me by the balls and I had no other good options. I ended up paid extra $210.00. People like Niery, who blatantly baited and deceived you for a few hundred bucks made me lose a bit of faith in humanity
