This gym is the best thing to happen to our area in fitness! I love the people. It is always spotless and I can't say enough about the excellent trainers. I tried the CF thing and got injured and I am back to stay. The team training is the best workout I've every had anywhere. Rock ON Body Shop!!!

Potential Members Beware! (see below)

Body Shop is a small, sometimes crowded place to work out. It's one of the only gyms in the area and their prices reflect it. If you're looking for pricing information online or over the phone, you won't find it. They only disclose information on dues in person at the gym. However, you can count on rates being approximately $35 per month no matter when you go in (that's what I pay). Alternatively, If you can invest what you would be paying in monthly dues into your own at-home equipment, you'll save yourself some money in the long run and never have to wait in line for the piece of equipment you want to use. Hopefully, the owner will get inspired and make some changes in Body Shop's lack of transparency and high rates. UPDATE: After my workout today, I asked an employee how much a membership costs these days. He told me base price is $36.95 per month.

UPDATE: After posting this review of the Body Shop, the owner of the company used my personal information from when I first became a member to stalk me down, find out where I work, and call my boss to try and get me fired. Luckily, Jim (the owner), isn't as big of a deal as he thinks he is. Instead of taking this as an opportunity to improve the customer service of the Body Shop, Jim has proven that he is creepy, unprofessional, and cares only about taking your money. I'll happily take my business elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

Being new to the area, I toured every gym within 20 miles to make sure I was getting all I'd be paying for. Clean facility that looks brand new, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the only gym I felt comfortable in (not around a bunch of hot-heads or weights being thrown around). Those reasons, on top of having no year long contracts to sign, is why I joined. Great place to workout

Really? Received a flier in the mail to call regarding their new promotion. I called and was told they can't discuss the rates, I would have to make an appointment to meet with someone. Whatever!
