Hmm? Not sure where the earlier poor review came from, though we all have bad days. My property manager uses Mike. The one day he was running late, Mike phoned ahead of appointment time to let me know. Mike's been professional and courteous each time he's needed and, frankly, I'm very happy that my landlord chooses Mike to take care of my apartment building's plumbing and heating needs.

Same person as other listing with different number. Showed up for scheduled appointment only after calling to REMIND him of it (that he came to quote at the house the prior day). Short memory and short temper if work questioned. Doesn't like to get dirty. Was later told by real, professional plumber that he had taken shortcuts when installing.
