service deteriorated over time, nickel and dime and/or stick- to- customer mentality, staff courteous, cpa does not return phone calls if problems in o/w poor follow up! Agree with previous poster re: sneakiness in billing practices. Watch out for surprise bills! eg. 0.1 hours =$ 60.00 for cpa reading your email and pulling return. Mistakes made in previous return however I was not charged. May look first class but definitely not worth your hard earned money. Have moved on to better business!
