Provided by YP.comi used adventure kids in frisco earlier during this year(2012). my son did not like it. he loved it the first day but after that every time i would take him he would starting saying no and crying. at first i thought it was just separation anxiety but i noticed few things which made me stop sending him there.
1. they wouldn't change his diaper regularly when i would come to pick him up, he would be crying because he had a poopy diaper(this happened at least 4-5 times).
2. once i went to pick him up and he was crying horribly, apparently few older kids had hit him. the way he was crying with long breaths it looked to me he had been crying for some time and nobody was paying attention to him.
finally i stopped sending him because he started throwing up the moment i would leave him there, he just did not want to be there.
my son was 2 yrs old at that time and i did not leave him for more than 60-90 mins. i think i stopped going there after trying for maybe 10 visits.
not a good experience for me!
So sorry you had such a bad experience. I have never had a complaint like this and wish you would of called me. We have video cameras and I coud of pulled the tape and shown you anything. We change diapers every hour and a half. If a child continues to cry and is scared the manager is supposed to call the parents. We don't want kids being scared to come back. Most of the employees are moms them self. Our goal is to make kids want to come and ejoy and that is what I see most of the time. If my staff is not doing what they need to do I can fix it easy but need to know about it. As I have not had a complaint or issue like this. This sounds very out of character for all my staff. Please call me with more information so I can look up dates you were there so I can see who was working and look into it. I want to know you were a legitimate customer and not competition or a disgruntled employee as I have let a few staff go in the past 5 years we have been open. I do try my best to keep the kids safe and happy! Thank you!

Provided by YP.comMy son had never been without his Mom. I thought we would have lots of problems leaving him and instead, he loved it. Their was plenty of toys that he liked and he had a great time. I felt the place was very safe and he was well cared for.
