So many problems to mention. This is the most dishonest business I have ever dealt with. Got a bid for new granite counter and backsplash. Was told I could pick any color of travertine out for the price quoted. When I picked a color, was told that all I could get was white unless I wanted to pay $1200 more than the $600 quoted. The counter installers said that the granited bar needed extra support, but refused to install proper support. The manager said they would only do that for more money. So the installers left boards propped from the floor to the granite to hold it level. I had to finish the installation myself. Many other problems. Really horrible experience.
