We offer private, in-home, at your convenience, and affordable private yoga lessons for individuals and groups. The goal of each class is to open the body, mind, and spirit to provide a beautiful release. While adhering to the principles of alignment, I design the practice for your physical level. Each class begins with a centering and warm-up practice that prepares you to open the body. The class ends in a restorative pose and a sweet savasana. I also teach Pre-Natal yoga and Restorative Yoga.
