I have never done a review before but this time I felt that I should. can only give this jewelry store one star for the following reasons. My 17 year old daughter bought me a pair of Kendra Scott earrings from Acordi Diamonds and Designs for my birthday. Upon finding out she spent $150.00 of her hard earned money I thanked her and told her I was going to return them and get the money put back on her debt card. Upon viewing the receipt, it had two return policies. One said exchange within 30 days and at the bottom it said exchange within 30 days or return within 7 days. Therefore, I returned the earrings on the 5th day (they were closed two of the days). I was told they could not be returned only exchanged. I explained to her the situation only to be told "No, fashion jewelry is exchange only". I then asked her, "If I had bought a $1,000.00 ring could I return it within 7 days?" The sales lady replied, "Yes." I don't understand this, you will refund $1,000.00 but not $150.00. This makes no sense to me and I am thoroughly disappointed. I can not and will not refer an establishment who does this. On the Kendra Scott website even they refund any unworn item up to 10 days so why would a store who carries their product not have the same return policy?

Very Unique and Original Store! My wife found a very original and special necklace. I'm so glad i took her to Acori. She is very happy with her new necklace. Thanks Acori, for all your help.

Premium custom jewelry at an affordable price



Excellent customer service. They delivered what was promised - my Wife's custom engagement ring - on time and for a very reasonable price. They also had an excellent selection of unique wedding collection for both men and woman. I could't possibly recommend Bill at Acori Diamonds & Design any higher for Premium custom jewelry at an affordable price .

I always get the best service when I visit Acori Diamonds & Design in Friendswood.

When your trying to sell your Gold, Diamonds or Silver it's not always the loudest buyer who will pay you the most. I figured this fact out the hard way after nearly 6 or more stops around town, I had all but given up until my girlfriend dragged me into Acori Jewelers for something completely unrelated. I got to talking to the owner and low and behold they also buy gold. By holding out I ended up with an additional 145.00 in my pocket. Thanks Acori.

I went to 3 pawn shops and called a couple more and they all had one thing in common, they made me I feel like I was getting the short end of the deal. So a month and a half went by and to my surprise gold increased in value, and it seemed like a good time to try again.



This time I got advice from my friends and ended up at Acori Diamonds & design. Bill the owner was very professional & friendly. He took some measurements and offered me more than I was hoping for, and to that I quickly yet calmly said, "Yes, thank you."

This is a really great store when you want something unique without breaking the bank, the service is personable and the selection is extensive.

Great experience, beautiful ring! I went to Acori Diamonds to update my marquise wedding ring. I didn't have the money to buy a new diamond, but instead wanted a setting to show off the diamond I had. The Acori sales staff listened to my needs and guided me in the selection process of a lovely setting. They never once pushed me to look at diamonds or settings that were out of my budget. Bill was professional, personable and knowledgeable. He recreated the lovely setting, using my original marquise, and three weeks later, it was done. I picked it up yesterday, and it's stunning! The price was very reasonable and the outcome spectacular. I would highly recommend Acori Diamonds for anyone who wants to buy a new piece of jewelry, or update an older piece. I'll definitely return to Acori Diamonds for future purchases!

It's no Secret that Acori has the Finest Custom Jewelry in all of Houston. But what I didn't know is they also buy Gold Silver & Diamonds. Recently I was in a bind and a friend told me that all I had to do was to go See Bill at Acori, and he would give me the most for my 1 once of Gold I'd been saving for just this type of occasion. It was easy - I just dropped in and was given an Offer for my coin. In my case, I accepted but this is always your call. But I was glad and greatful I have an Acori in my neighborhood. ...

My Wife couldn't be happier I was So Impressed when I visited Acori for my first time. What a wonderful selection and first class service. I only went there because a friend told my they are jewelry craftsmen and I figured i could pick up some ideas on designing my ( now wife ) fiance's engagement ring. But after talking to Bill I quickly realized I could not find a more qualified and talented Jeweler so we broke down the specs I was looking for in my wifes ring, and then after some negotiating I then actually commissioned it's design. Wow... The finished product was more than we could have ever hoped for, and in the end my Wife couldn't be happier :-)

I had a really great experience at Acori. I've been there twice. The first

time I went to get an idea of how much my broken bracelet and my gold ring

with a missing stone were worth. They were very knowledgeable and answered

all my questions. Bill gave me fair offers for my broken pieces. The staff

have always been very professional and helpful. The second time I went I

ended up buying a new piece for my collection at very reasonable price. I

will definitely visit Acori again.

I was in town for a short period and needed to have an engagement ring fitted with a stone and these guys appeared to go out of their way to make sure it was finished by the time I had to leave. Billy was extremely knowledgeable about the setting and about jewelry in general. I would highly suggest going to Acori Diamond & Design for any jewelry needs you have! Wonderful service and very fair prices. I would certainly go back in the future.

Billy and his staff at Acori Diamond & Design made the whole experience very easy. From the inception process of what my wife's engagement ring should look like, to placing the order for the wedding bands. Every phone call and meeting was greeted with a smile and instead of jumping right into business we talked about how things were going in general (wedding planning, honeymoon, work etc.). Not knowing anything about diamonds beforehand (besides reading a few things online), it was a little nerve racking trying to find a real actual jeweler, but Mike took time to explain and answer all my questions. I would highly recommend Acori diamonds. My wife really enjoys her ring and the emeralds add such a beautiful touch!! Thank you Connie & Billie.

Best Gold Buyer in Freindswood or Houston



I think I must have gone to 5 or 6 places before my brother in law told me that Acori buys Gold and pays more than anyone else. I thought I was going to all the obvious places but being from out of town I wasn't expecting to find a Jeweler who makes and retails gold jewelry to have the most generous exchange. I consider myself very lucky because I know I was lucky, and that most people don't have an Acori in their area.
