Unprofessional! From the front office to the Dr. The accounting/business office especially!!!! I went in for a simple checkup, do to a impacted Wisdom Tooth, and it took over an hour. The lady handling the accounting being the worst, she remained on the phone the entire time I was there, seemingly on an Unprofessional Business Call or a Personal Call, either way, it was loud!!! I was told to wait, while my Insurance was verified for the cost to remove Wisdom Teeth After about a 30 minute wait, I choose to leave and allow them to call me, I waited for that call for 3 Days, I called back on the 3rd day, and was told they were still waiting. I FOUND THIS LAUGHABLE!!! I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO TRUST YOUR TEETH TO, I WILL NEVER RETURN.....And will Make sure to relay this information to everyone I know......
