horrible. lady I used to take care of and has an electric wheelchair that they have put off fixing for months. They knew she was losing her apartment and chair has been unsafe and dangerous to ride around in last 2 weeks. They said at beginning of month all parts were ordered but now saying some are on backorder or not ordered and don't know when wheelchair will be fixed. She has cerebral palsy and needs chair to get around.
