After my mother went and had her nails done we went looked at her bank statement. It was double charged once for 27 and one for $22. She went in on the 13th of this month and then they didn't charger until the 14th, the other charges pending for $22 for two days. So after they submitted the bill on the 14th they charged her again on the 15th even though she a tipped them $5. If you go to this place pay cash only do not give them your credit card information they will rob you. Consequently we are disputing the charge and contacting fresno Police Department this happened in September of 2015
