Worst customer service I have ever received!



They are pushy and demand cash then they don't want to give you back change.



My wife and I asked for a 10 minute massage and the insisted on a 15 minute one. I was nice enough to agree and get the 15 minute massage for $18 instead of the 10 minute one for $12 to help them out.



Then when I was going to pay, they demanded cash even though they had already said they accept credit card payment.



I paid with cash and then came the unexpected; they refused to give me back my change claiming it for tip. Tip my a**. I did not leave the booth util they gave me my change back.



Run away from them. There are massage businesses that provide descent service, are not pushy and give you your money's worth, plus they don't try to keep your cash unless you voluntarily give it to them.
