The sales associates in the women's department are snotty and rude, but I can't figure out why because they are dressed like they shop at Salvation Army and they don't know anything about fashion. The store is always messy and sizes are in the wrong place, making it unpleasant to shop. The cashiers and the accessories sales associates are usually nice and helpful though, so they actually deserve 4 stars. I have been to other Nordstrom Rack's and they are so much better. This store is being run like it's a TJ Maxx or something. Will never shop here again.
