I wouldn't even give this place 1 star! My sister went in for their promotion 50% off regular prices. By the time they finished her quote it was above and beyond the original price! They try to justify it by adding charges and hours of labor that's just nonsense.



They quoted an hour to prep the rear bumper & also an hour for a SPOILER! Really?! The spoiler is so minute compared to the back bumper!



I called just to inquire why and how they quoted such high prices considering their supposed promotion states it's half off. Unfortunately I spoke with SCOTT who was rude, demeaning and continuously interrupted me. He never once let me finish my question except raised his voice and kept on talking over me. I said can you please let me finish talking and he AGAIN interrupted me saying I'm answering your question. I then said how can you answer my question when you won't let me ask it?



I said I didn't like his demeanor and if I could speak with the manager. Well supposedly SCOTT is the manager. I asked if there was anyone else and he said no. I called today and spoke with another employee; guess what he told me? STEVE is the manager but of course he wasn't in.



This place is literally a joke. I don't understand how any company can stay in business when they treat their customers literally like crap. I'll forever boycott this place and I sincerely hope SCOTT gets fired but then again I don't wish him or his service on any other customers or businesses. You should just retire and take your ugly attitude with you Scott.

Customer Service is out of this world. You can not get better then Maaco Fresno. They went out of their way for me and I appreciated everything they did for me. I had went to other places for estimates and they were comparable but they did not make me feel as comfortable as they did here at Maaco Fresno. I would tell my friends to go and see them anytime. I mainly dealt with Jesse, Claudia, Jennifer and Candy. What terrific people. Your car will look great and your experience will be awesome!

Don't let the ads fool you! I turned in my car on Wed 23rd with the estimation of 4-5 days... today is Friday April 1st. NO JOKE, I still don't have my car!!! Was first told that it would be ready on Wed 30th, nope. Then on Thurs the 31st, still no but that it was scheduled for paint & would surely be ready by end of business on Friday. Which I was greatful for since I had to go out of town on Sat... come Friday at 3pm and am now told that it won;t be ready until tomorrow!!! Also, i asked for the 199.00 paint job that is advertised on TV & was charged for the 249.00 ambassador paint job. Look very closely at the fine lines & DO NOT use this place if you need your car in a timely manner! I'd give it a zero if I could.
