I put down a $500 deposit and was charged an extra $160 at move-out for "carpet cleaning and paint touch-ups", no repair to ANYTHING was needed! this place is overpriced, always has horrible draining problems so there is standing water on most of the grass, and needs a remodel due to old crappy appliances. Our fridge and washer had to be replaced (with equally as old appliances by the way) and had old, frayed stained carpet upon move-in. Parking is horrible unless you want to walk five minutes to where you live, and unless you are living in the center of the complex, traffic is always heard, especially in the early hours of the morning - EVERY morning! DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE MOVING IN, AND LOOK FOR ANY OTHER PLACE BESIDES THIS ONE!!
