I have visited this facility 3 times over the last 3 years. Each experience has been great. Today I went in with no appointment about 7:35 and completed the express check in, was called back for my blood draw by 7:45 and out of there by 7:50! Great experience with courteous and professional staff!!! I will continue to use this lab for my yearly lab work!!!

I have visited this lab three times and I have yet to have a good experience. They are understaffed and unable to handle more than 2 clients without getting flustered. There was a consistent inability to problem solve and staff were unprofessional, slow, and rude. They also lost my standing lab orders. I will not use their service again.
