I was skeptical at first after seeing the ratings. People are so ungrateful and unhappy with themselves that they have to leave negative reviews. There is a wait time everywhere in life people nowdays simply lack patience. I was seen today 8-17-2016 as a first time patient and was HIGHLY IMPRESSED! Everyone had a smile was kind friendly and helpful. It was totally worth the wait and I'm actually looking forward to going back! Luis really took the time to address my concerns and genuinely cares about serving the patients at the clinic! I for one am very thankful that clinics like this exist to serve the community! Thank you for the great service!

Receptionist is either very rude or doen't know how to work a phone. I had to call multiple times to make an appoinyment. The first time we spoke for about half a minute she hust hung up,I called back thinking the call was dropped. She answered and put me on hold right away, after about 2 minutes she hung up again. I called back a third time and someone picked up the phone and slammed it back down. After a couple more tries we got finally through to someone. When we went for the appointment the receptionists and the nurse who sae us had the same bad attitude.
