I wrote a detailed review extolling his virtues, but it disappeared from your site. I had two front damaged teeth, they looked like black stubs. When I told Dr. Tran that I was going to go to Thanksgiving with my recently reunited dentist boyfriend who was concerned with my meeting twenty relatives for the first time. Most of them are in the dental profession. So, without being asked, Dr. Tran hand carved two perfectly matching teeth to get by until I can get caps later. How thoughtful!

Today I was very pleased with the service I received from the dentist and his staff at Central Valley Endodontics. I went in for a root canal and felt very nervous at first. But they took the time to explain what to expect beforehand ,which made me feel at ease and relaxed. It was painless. The dentists are extremely professional and excellent in their field and I would recommend them to anyone.

This office staff was simply amazing! Dr. Tran and his assistant did my root canal and I was more comfortable then I have ever been at a dentist office! I will definitely go again and refer all my friends and family! Amazing and thanks again!

Last week I had treatment done. The office was awesome, friendly, and Dr. Tran was great! Very gentle, and explained everything to me so I felt relaxed and knew exactly what was going on! My next root canal will definitely be with Dr. Tran and his staff!

When Dr Tran first walked into the room he started speaking Spanish to me and I do not speak Spanish. Later he said I wasn't following instructions and told me that I am from Venus and he is from Mars. I found his humor to be poor and I was not happy with my visit. Later I was billed $100 for the visit because my insurance did not cover a second visit. The cash price for evaluation is $95 but I was being charged for $100. They told me that they could not take off $5 because I have insurance and I agreed to pay anything my insurance would not cover. If they changed it for me that she would have to go back and change it for all the patients whose insurance didn't pay. I know $5 is not a lot but it is the principle of the thing. I have to pay $5 more for a visit that would typically accept $95 for. I realize I have insurance but my insurance denied the claim so I am paying cash for the visit. The office manager didn't care, got defensive, and now never once apologised for my poor experience. She made me feel like I was my problem.
