Dont waste your time! Took a small plaque in to be engraved, he stated he was busy but would be able to get it in within the week, as he sat there watching TV and looking at a newspaper. 5 days later he hadn't even started it! And he was watching TV again when I went to pick it up, said oh yeah I didnt get to it. No thanks, I wont be taking my business there ever again.
