When we had a sewer backup, I contacted Shorty's and got a response within minutes. Joe promised to be here within a certain time the same day and to my relief was here much earlier. Joe wore booties over his boots so as to not track in the house. The charge for the service was quite reasonable. I would definitely contact Shorty's again with any sewer problem.
