Whenever I go to Home Depot they have no customer service and if you do find someone they say that it isn't thier section and they will get someone, but nobody ever comes. I bought a new condo and wanted to redo my kitchen and bathroom and couldn't get help if my life depended on it. I even got on the intercom system from the store phone and started to call for help and still nobody would come. This is in every Home Depot in the Hudson Co area and I give up on them. I would not go to them even if I needed a lite bulb. They should go back to when they started and everyone was educated in the store and if you asked for something they needed to bring you right to the item instead of passing the buck like they do now. LOWES LOWES LOWES that is all I have to say.

We loved the furniture we bought. We got a sectional couch, a couch and a love seat. Delivery was good and they're coming to repair a small tear we have in our sectional. We bought our set about a year ago when we were waiting to move into our new home. I'd rate them higher, but their salesman came across as arrogant, chewed gum loudly, and played games with discounts available. I'd recommend them, just hope you get a different salesperson than we had. Great furniture though!

I went in expecting to be tackled by sales people . But was met at the door by a nice salesman . He explained all their services and even helped make sure everything fit into our floor plans . We ended up spending hours with him and and he was able to save us a considerable amout of money too .
