Great service with a small town personal atmosphere.

These people are consistently rude . . in a small town you would think that they would go over the top and try to retain any and all business they have; however, they do not try at all. In addition regarding HIPAA, the paper you sign w/ the entire town's names on it, I believe goes well beyond the scope of HIPAA. From now on I will give all my business to Walgreen's and never ever try to give my business to the small town mom/pop place. They do not appreciate it. I tried to call and refill my prescriptions - the young girl answering the phone was rude and could not pull up my account. I was not sure of the name of the drug I was refilling and they could not help at all. The pharmacist himself was called to the phone and was also acting like I was bothering him and he did not want to help. As I told him, Walgreen's will get all my business. Bye Bye Mom & PoP!
